Very dodgy cheap quality products, im a genuine buyer of an ebike, the worst bike ever purchased. Everything about the bike was nasty and it arrived with damaged parts. The customer service is very poor... It was a complete waste of money, I had to buy another bike from a trusted seller. Im not sure how they got positive reviews, dig deeper and you will find the genuine bad reviews for these guys

Tdr write their own reviews. It's obvious. My bike didn't work straight out of the box. They fixed it and now after a few weeks riding, it doesn't work again. They won't refund and it really catches you out when it breaks down on a nice day. They are nice until you need to fix things that shouldn't need fixing. Recommend if you must buy things with them, dying get delivery, go to store if possible, but by it through eBay. They don't respect you pay sales unless there is a reason to. It's all imported from China and the brands are fake. China has no rules on fake products. And Australians are paying good prices for nearly no quality look alike and it's dangerous. This company makes money from selling you replacements to their own parts that fail. It's not right. They should be locked up

Bought an folding electric bike from monsterpro 3 months ago and just let me say it is great. I use it to shop locally, go to school and garden. This bike has vastly extended my rage for not using car and help me save a lot of money. The staff at TDR is very helpful and help me for installation guide. Their product is affordable and quality. Highly recommended and excellent customer service!
