Fabulous customer service !! I highly recommend Daralea Florist. Pauline knew exactly what l needed & set about delivering the most gorgeous arrangement. I cannot thank her enough.
I had the most lovely experience with the ladies from daralea florist, my partner buys me roses and they get delivered to my house every second Thursday and every time they are absolutely flawless!! They are SO SO fresh and last ages!! Daralea garden shop is definitely my one stop shop for fresh flowers! I've recommended the lady's to my family, friends and colleagues! I have 100% total trust in the ladies to Totally cover my any occasion!️
I have never left a negative review before but this business gets the privilege. My wife's sister passed away in her 40's the day before yesterday. A relative in Perth rang Daralea to have a single rose with greenery sent to a number of family members' homes in Taree. They were delivered by the older lady who, I think, owns the business, but the next morning, the roses and rose leaves were dead. Mistakes get made. My wife rang them to say that it really wasn't good enough; an Aldi bunch of flowers lasts far longer than that. The younger woman who answered the phone was very apologetic and nice and made arrangements for replacement. A short while later, the older woman who did the original delivery came to our door with the replacements. She wouldn't look my wife in the eye; just shoved the flowers toward her and said, "Here's ya flowers! . . . and make sure you put them in DEEP water this time!", suggesting my wife was to blame. My wife said, "Let me show you the first flowers you delivered." She got the flowers, still in the vase, and showed how the leaves were crunchy and had been in deep water. Still, the woman wouldn't even look my wife in the eye! Upon walking inside, my wife read the little card that came with the flowers. Was it an apology? No. It read, "Make sure you put them in DEEP water!" My wife is grieving. But all this woman could think about was making accusations, both vocally and in writing. And she had zero manners. Disgusting behaviour! How different it could have been if she had come with the replacements, said a simple "Sorry" and even an additional comment like, "So sorry for your sad news." But no. "Make sure you put them in DEEP water!" . . . and off she went.
Mrs Clemstien loves grevilleas, they are her favourite flower. As a birthday surprise, I ordered a packet to be delivered with a message "to my petal" I was shocked and confused when the card read "ENSURE THEY ARE PLACED IN DEEP WATER." I turned to my trusted source for all information: Reader's Digest, and can confirm this was sound advice. Thank you Mrs Daralea.
