I work as a loan broker and know that a good solicitor have to spend at lease 2 hours to explan the loan agreement and provide legal advise. If Mr Zhang of Zhang Shijing Lawyers can spend 3 hours to do so. He must be very good solicitor. I know some clients think the solicitor just explaining the signed paper and signing it. I need to explain what he did in 3 hours. Firstly he ask one Lawyer to explain this contract for 2 and a half hour with my mother and I. My mother runs a company back in china so she listen to this lawyer through video chat for 2 and a half hour. When this assistant lawyer finish explaining this contract and I sign all the name. Mr Zhang come to the office and said he need to explain the contract again. I tell him my mom is very busy and she don't have enough time. He reject and said he must explain again to my mom. What he have said is totally repeated with the previous lawyer. When he explaining the contract, he just forget I am a foreign buyer. He told my mother all the information about the local condition. This is not the first time I bought property, I must said if you want to go to this place, please think carefully.
