My go-to place for costumes for Hallowe’en, Fancy Dress parties and of course, my kids’ book week outfits. I’m a larger size and I’ve never had a problem finding an outfit. Many are adjustable in size with belts etc. They also have accessories for sale such as Red Contacts for Devilish eyes, and 60’s wigs. Open till 5 weekdays, till 3 Saturday.

Highly disappointed. Called in on a wednesday looking for a Dumbledore costume and was told that it was in the washing and would be ready by Thursday. I asked to have it put on hold for me as I had spent a week searching for it and needed it for Friday. They took my details and put it aside for me. When I went on Friday to pick it up I was told that because it was too big for my son, it was hired out to someone else without them even informing me (interesting since they have never met me or my son so they couldn't possibly know if it was too big for him!). What was worse was that the lady there was adamant I didn't know what was a good fit for my son and insisted he get a children's costume even though I kept repeating myself that he is too tall and big for the kids costumes so he needs an adult costume. She proceeded to go through the children's costumes, figuring out within a minute that I was right and she was wrong but this didn't stop her from trying to get me to purchase, not hire, a children's costume. In the end, my son had to SETTLE for what he didn't want, an adult size Harry Potter costume (surprise surprise, turns out I actually do know what size fits MY child...who would have thought?!). Also, their costumes are very outdated and extremely worn out! They need a serious update and further training in customer service! Would NOT recommend!

Great selection of costumes but the smell when we walked in put me off trying them on or hiring them but their selection was huge and entertaining just to see. Perfect place for theme parties or a bit of fun.
