Supercheap Storage has been very helpful with my recent move to self storage. My family has been really talking about clearing out a bit of space in the garden shed so that we can have a little more organization and get something a bit more presentable going, but we didn’t know what to do with all the stuff that we’ve accumulated over the years while we worked on getting something build up. With thanks again to the manager at outlet who helped to explain to us how we can go about doing that and being so understanding towards our situation we’ve taken out a 7 foot storage unit for the time being of about a month to just dump all our garden furniture and tools and stuff somewhere for a while until we get this whole thing sorted out. Anyway, hopefully we can get things ready before then and ship out, if not we’ll definitely be extending our contract. Your cheap rates and flexibility have definitely given us the confidence to work on our stuff while being assured of proper care and security of our equipment. Thanks Supercheap Storage.
I just don't really know where to start! we got a quote, they say their the cheapest, (don't get sucked in by their advertising, it's BS) we got charged more once they had our things by 60 a month. SO THEY'RE NOT THE CHEAPEST!!! AVOID Supercheap. We wanted access but it was always a hassle left messages, no call backs, rude and no customer service, no care at all. Supercheap are cheap, cheap to their customers, just lip service and charge you all the hidden extras. We got our things out of there, had damadged hings AND THEY DIDN'T WANT TO KNOW ABOUT IT. Went to another company. WANT TO SAVE ON STORAGE? don't do business with Supercheap. Bobby
There are at least 3 providers in the same area that are half the price of "Super Cheap" storage. Maybe the service price involves buying a share in the company or something? Taxi Box and Contain away are miles cheaper.
I have used Supercheap Storage a few times in recent years. I am a student and I have to store my belongings for a few weeks every 6 months when visiting my family in my home country. They are excellent, we have done the negotiation via email. Never had any problems, they were always punctual and my things were delivered in perfect conditions.
don't deal with these guys. absolutely terrible. they will be rude, over charge you, stuff you around and deny access to your module, close for weeks over the holiday season when most people have time to access their stuff and then make you wait another three business days to gain access because unlike what the website advertises they are NOT flexible. Also be aware that they don't actually move your module interstate as advertised - they stopped doing that apparently however it remains advertised 18 months later. I couldn't even get an invoice out of them after numerous emails politely requesting one. They hassle you for payment yet don't provide you with payment details! They're an absolute joke. Customer service and making any effort for the customer is the LAST thing on their agenda. The website advertises urgent access available for 100. I called first thing in the morning and she said I'll let them know. I called back five hours later and asked if she could please chase it up and ask them to let me know whether or not I could get to my stuff and she REFUSED. "As I said, I've passed the message on". I drove there only to find the warehouse CLOSED the day they were supposed to be returning after Christmas. I'm livid. I've just had enough. Last straw! DON"T DEAL WITH THEM. horrific experience - worst company i've ever dealt with. pay more - you'll be happier.
My entire household was stored for 2 years to fi d all my electricsls and many personal items where stolen. 6weeks on I am still without my belongings and still struggling for an outcome. Never ever again.
