There have been instances of amazing service. Some excellent staff members and the work they put in. However, direct debit issues, unavailability to after hours care, staff forgetting to process payment, and staff locking access on multiple occasions makes this a mediocre experience. If you have need of regular after hours access, extra features, or consistency; I would look elsewhere.
I wish I could give more than 5 stars!!! Zac has been super helpful, thorough, detailed and really friendly with helping me throughout the process of a very stressful time. I really cannot recommend this place enough. Thank you very much Storage King Kingston and Zac. Troy
