I walked in with no appointment concerned about a bike fall injury. Dr McGrath overheard me asking if the nurse was available and saw me immediately- a prescription, a tetanus booster and the nurse dressing the wound later everything is attented to and I can't believe the quality and ease of service, together with the efficiency and kindness shown! Highly recommended!
I have been a patient and cared for by Dr McGrath for over 20 years. On occasion I also have been attended to by other doctors at the Evan St Clinic. My experience is that the attention provided by the doctors there, is second to none. They are willing to listen and take into account your information and personal opinions in relation to your symptoms, whilst forming a diagnosis and treatment for your condition. I think that when doctors "take the time" to communicate with you, and determine the best course of action for you condition, that there may be some delays in appointment times. If you want experienced doctors who are dedicated to excellence in patient service and support, I believe you will find it at the Evan St Clinic.
I and my partner were there this early morning, as my partner is suffering sharp abdominal pain. He was all pale white when we came to the clinic, greeted by the unfriendly receptionist We asked if we could see any doctor at earliest convenience - she told there was no doctors available, and he may have to go hospital. My partner then asked ' when will the doctor be in', and the receptionist replied 'soon but he already got appointment, & which doctor did he normally see', Our case is my partner is actually a new patient, the receptionist then turned us down said we need to go to our normal doctors, as they will have his medical records. I find it so dissapointing and disheartening, as this clinic has no sympathy for a walk ins patient, who actually needing a help. I sincerely believe this clinic needs to speak to their receptionist for a performance review or double check with their code and ethic conduct as a medical centre.
The doctor didn’t know what was wrong with me and didn’t suggest any tests he told me to go see another GP as he is just on rotation. Rude and unhelpful did not listen and did not take me seriously. I didn’t even get bulk billed so I essentially paid 100 for nothing.
lovely doctors, very thorough
Staff are rude and unwelcoming, one doctor made me cry and another was horrible to my infant child, very under qualified.
