unfriendly customer service and harsh return policy. You better do as agreed or else you'd be charged hefty fees and fines. No provision of any invoice or professional correspondence and they tend to do business verbally (so no record of any promises). Will not recommend ever.

I have used the service of this company for many years, cost started at 50 a cube and quickly climbed to 250 a ton. I went there yesterday to tip and they wanted to charge 660 for less than 2.4 ton, account manager offered to reduce bill by sixty dollars, pethetic!!! Seriously over priced. I tipped the load today at Camilla for 220 after adding additional 200kg . .
An Aussie Skips truck side-swiped our car at a traffic light this morning ripping off the wing mirror and scratching the side of the car. The driver refused to pull over and when we approached him he refused to give us his details. Number plate was AUZZKP. Unbelievable behaviour from somebody representing your company.
Skip was left full, ready for pick up for over a week. Each day they assured us it would be picked up and then never came. Dreadful service, don’t use them.
Arrogant customer service person booked a skip bin for me in the morning of a booked date. On the day, after constant chasing, I was constantly promised that it was going to get delivered! The person was being a smart allock to say the least, saying they were getting it when they can. When the bin and driver came 3 hours after the booked time, the driver told me they just told him to drop it off! I needed it 3 hours prior as I had people working at that time! After work had to be delayed, I returned to site to see they damaged my fencing panels, trespassed the property, removed the bin, and left without securing the site! I will be engaging my lawyer against your disgrace of a company!
