Amazing place to purchase your next car! I would definitely recommend seeing the sales consultant Sam as is most certainly an asset. His professionalism and enthusiasm was exceptional. Sam displayed enormous attention to detail throughout all consultations and ensured to explore all options while also accommodating all my requests. He offered great honest advice that considered my financial position while trying to address everything I wanted in a car. His approach is very customer centred which I very much appreciated. Overall an amazing experience! :)
I bought my first ever brand new car from Stillwell Hyundai Nailsworth and I had a great experience! From start to finish Sam made the process so easy and effortless. A good place to purchase a new car. A rather unusual experience was the fact the sales rep asked why are we interested in this particular model when the cheaper model would suit our needs, so that was what we did, saving a swag of money
Soon after I walked in was greeted by Sam Oneill, customer experience officer in new car sales. All I have to say is.. this man and the wider team at this dealership are outstanding. The best experience! Previously, was looking around at low km i30's and was clearly wasting my time. Everything about this purchase was effortless. The finance arrangement was so good that it was 1-2.5% lower than what I had been previously quoted. What can I say? Well, the pictures might just say it all! A giant thanks to Sam, his team, Michael Nicolo and Shona for being real, respectful and prompt. Truly appreciated.
Picked up my brand new "Fiery Red Baby" (Hyundai i30 Elite Hatchback) just yesterday and absolutely LOVE..LOVE..LOVE it!! I would highly recommend Sam O'Neill and Nicole for their absolutely professional expert assistance and cheerful manner with which they both handled our sale. Nothing was too much trouble and their knowledge of their products was fantastic. I had been to many other dealerships where the level of service just paled by comparison to the experience I received from Stillwell Hyundai Nailsworth. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Very honest and reliable car dealership. Who would have thought? Had a very good customer experience. I was very distrustful at first.... used cars salesmen after all..... but every time I went to externally validate things that they said, their lines of argument were always validated. So, I was pleasantly surprised by their honesty and informative nature! They were also very helpful in securing dealer finance and ensuring regular check ins to make sure that we kept getting closer to finalizing our deal. Michael and Josh overcame my cynical nature, and I would have no trouble whatsoever in recommending Hyundai Nailsworth as a reputable dealer. Would definitely buy from them again!
