One of the best dealerships to deal with especially the sales consultant Andy. He took the time to understand what I was after, was very transparent, patient and very easy to deal with. He completely understood our situation and did his best to accommodate our needs. As mentioned in another review, he is definitely not your typical "car salesman" that you find with other dealers. I must say soon as we walked into Melbourne City Hyundai My Son and l felt comfortable and relaxed with no added pressure to purchase a car the car sold its self as it was in pristine condition. Being my sons first car purchase the sales representative was more than helpful in any way possible making it a pleasurable and honest purchase for my sons first car. The car was better than described in the add and my son couldn't be happier together with my piece of mind that my son is in a safe car on the roads. The top class Service I ever had during my Hyundai Car experience. I have been to other car dealerships, but South Melbourne is like a Platinum Concierge Service experience. Excellent, knowledge, honest, friendly staff. I had a minor issue with a noise from the car and issue with my sunroof slowing down, finally this dealership was the one to diagnose and fix it under warranty. When ever you go for service, ask for Tamara as she organized a professional, top class Service for my Car. Chris The Service Centre Manager gave attention to detail for my Car. I thank the whole Hyundai South Melbourne Team for there excellent Service. Highly recommended Showroom. These people understand Hyundai quite well. Thanks again Tamara and Chris.

Just got my 2021 i30 nline premium for my business. The sales team did all they could do to get the car on time, organized finance and personal delivery experience was exceptional. Honestly the nicest dealership I’ve ever dealt with. Andy really took the time to understand what we were after and our situation, was transparent, and gave us space to make our own decision, which is ultimately one of the main things that brought us back for the purchase. Definitely not the typical “car salesman” approach which we found at other dealers. The whole team there were lovely and I couldn’t recommend them more highly.
Only dealership worth talking to. Fiona is amazing and makes buying a car easy. Sandra is lovely and helpful also. If you want a Hyundai they will give you a good fair price and not mess you around. Only Hyundai I would recommend and I called nearly all Victorian ones.
