Really helpful staff. They have a great range of lino options. Great choice if you are after something different to the wood look that everyone else has. Some really interesting colour choices and good if you have little kids who spill water.

Delighted with the choice of Karndean Stone Indiana vinyl tiles. This product has a well deserved excellent reputation. The look of stone. The soft warm underfoot is reputed to be very hard wearing and easy to clean. Jeff at Flooring Choices St Leonard the supply and installation. Helpful and professional result. Very happy with the completed job. Great kitchen by Aalbor kitchens including Quantum Quartz shark nose bench tops goes will with the Karndean tiles. Total result exceeded my expectations.
DO NOT chose Choices Flooring St Leonards for your flooring: I had them lay a Stage 1 (of 3 extensive stages) carpet in my home. The laying went very well... however my wife had a few questions about apparent "colour shade differences" In the process of discussing this via email with the Store Manager, Jeff, who is very competent and was on top of the matter.....the Principal, Adrian who we had not met, picked up Jeff's email trail of just one and we suffered: - Personal abusive and accusative comments. - Highly uninformed commentary. - A person who jumps at shadows and does not really believe in Customer Satisfaction. - Quite a bizarre experience from a so-called business principal The good news is we found another Choices Flooring franchise who absolutely delivered the best service on the two final installation stages. As an ex corporate I would seriously suggest that Adrian go back to doing something he may be competent in.

I'd never do business with these clowns again. I spent nearly 35,000 on carpet tiles through them, because it was a product specified by the project designer and I could only get these through them. Adrian knew I couldn't go anywhere else so didn't bother with any courtesy. Your classic spoiled, entitled operator. He wouldn't return my calls or emails and ultimately held my project up for several months, and I had to buy some other tiles elsewhere to use temporarily in a commercial setting. So I'm out another 10K and to add insult to injury I still gave to take up and re-lay the temporary tiles. This after a 35,000 order. Next time I need flooring, I'll definitely make other Choices.

What a great experience. Can't believe how many different options they have - even blinds which makes it a one stop shop. Great service, very knowledgeable and friendly staff and very helpful - even when busy they make sure everyone is taken well care of. I was happy with their wide range on offer and will be back - thanks Choices St Leonards!
