I am very happy with SP Screens. I made an appointment online. Matt came to provide quotes twice because I changed my mind. Text messages to notify all the time. Joel who did the work offered to clean some of the windows prior to install because my ladder is not high enough. The installation was in the middle of lockdown, so Joel wears masks all the time. Price is quite competitive.

We are delighted with the outcome from SP Screens. Having a 120 year old house, we thought it might be difficult to fit a new screen door, plus it might take away from the house era - but SP Screens have fitted an amazing new security screen door (and window screens) at a fraction of the price of other company's - plus it blends in with the house perfectly. We now have light and breeze and it's opened up one end of the house. I wish I had done this earlier. Awesome job!
I would highly recommend using SP Screens. They were professional to deal with at all times and communication was excellent. I did a lot of investigating to find a company to do my screens, and SP Screens were the only ones able to send someone out to do a proper measure. The screens look great. I really valued that I was given specific times by text in the lead up to install, and that at all stages throughout everyone showed up exactly when they said they would (and if they couldn't, I was communicated with in a timely fashion)!

Recently we had some new fly screens installed throughout our house by SP Screens. We were told by their sales rep, Matt that the screens would take 3-4 weeks to be made and we paid our deposit. A final measure was completed on 18 January, 2021 and they were ordered the following day. After 5 weeks, we received no communication and therefore I emailed to ask for an update. In short, we were told there was a delay and apologies for that. On 26 February, I received a text message with an installation date. When I called to inquire about the timing, I was told that they were "extremely busy" and the only reason they were able to come that day was because of a cancellation. The only other option was 2 weeks later. I also received an email (from Kim H) that day, letting me know that we needed to make a final payment PRIOR to the installation of the screens. We felt this was unprofessional. My husband called and said we would be happy to pay, once the screens had been installed. He spoke to Silvana who was professional and kind, and said we could pay on the day, after installation. So...this was a contradiction to the email. When the screens were finally installed (6 weeks from final measure) it took over 3 hours. These were basic fly screens. The installer was very professional but said that they must have been measured incorrectly, and so he had to cut them back to get them to fit. We completed our final payment that day via direct credit and I also sent an email to let them know. Once again, we received no communication for a week, so I emailed again to ask for a tax invoice - which I did receive. In short, because of the delay in manufacturing, the lack of communication (and sometimes unprofessional/abrupt communication), we would not use this company again.
Great company, great product and great people to deal with. We had flyscreens installed throughout our house in Brisbane and the process from start to finish was smooth and hassle-free. Matt Lamb was terrific to deal with during the quote stage, Kim was excellent in communicating with us throughout and Adam Carrett was outstanding during the install. Couldn't recommend these guys highly enough. Super professional, locally manufactured and competitive prices. We will be using them again when our extension is complete.
