Just had the the whole house of 4 doors/13 window's fly screen done with Nepean Blinds & Doors. Very happy with the service and quality. Jeffery Fletcher, the sales consultant was very knowledgeable and patient, Taylor Sanderson, the installer was very experienced the fast. Highly recommended and definitely come back for more job request. :-)
These guys are fantastic. Our blinds look absolutely fabulous. The staff are so lovely and so easy to deal with. They let you know what is going on, arrived when they were meant to and they were all so professional and courteous. Just fantastic customer service. Terrible experience. Paid 700 for two Crimsafe windows screens, 50% upfront. Rep wrote down 2 colours (visit #1). Installer did check measure (visit #2) then came back to work out the correct colour (visit #3). Installer came again (visit #4) to install wrong coloured screens. Rep didn't want to know because it wasn't her fault so they made the installer call and try to get away with not dealing with the issue. Installer came out again (visit #5) to collect screens. THEY JUST TOOK THEM AWAY, SPRAY PAINTED THEM AND BROUGHT THEM BACK (visit #6). I couldn't be bothered chasing it up now. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE SERVICE AND EXPERIENCE. I'll be letting everyone know.
Ordered a 1200 wide crimsafe screen door and I am very impressed with the product as well as the service provided. These guys are my go to in the future for all things blinds and doors. Keep doing what you do.
Very happy with our blinds and screen door that were installed a few weeks ago. Jacky did the quote and helped us decide what we wanted by giving us good options - she is very clear to deal with. Taylor also did a good job installing and was friendly and pleasant. Recommended.
