The service was attentive, genuine, no hard sell and Jonathon helped us work through ideas for the flooring until we found what we were looking for. Best of all, the follow up was timely and our floor product was delivered on time without any hassle. We give them 5/5 and would happily use Solomon's again.

Absolutely delighted with the whole experience with Solomons Maroochydore. From the moment we entered the shop we were treated as valued customers. The sales and office staff were efficient and responsive. We had 2 different installers, one for the bedroom carpets and one for the top quality vinyl flooring. Both guys were a real pleasure to deal with and both did an excellent job. Very happy to recommend and would definitely go back again.

Took 6 months to organise to have some of the flooring put in. Had to make lots of calls and do so much work to get this in. Wouldn’t recommend. Only saving grace from 1 star was one person there tried to help a bit.

Went into store, was tentatively approached by salesman. Enquired about the 16mm venetian blinds as per their website. None of the sales people had any idea of their product & just left us floundering in the shop so we left. Worst service ever.
