We recently replaced the carpet in our lounge/dining room using Solomons Penrith and the experience was seamless. From the time we walked into the showroom to when the carpet was laid we couldn’t have been happier. The owner Wali offered us simple and effective advice and completed an obligation free in house measure and quote (as compared to other retailers who required a deposit before even stepping foot in our house). We have just had 3 lounge rooms, an office, landing, staircase and 4 bedrooms carpeted in a solution-dyed nylon 60-ounce carpet named Urban Boutique. Our carpet is a beautiful soft grey colour and extremely durable. No other local carpet company could beat the deal I got with Wali at Solomon’s Carpets. The deal was so good, I definitely had doubts as to if they could come through with the goods. True to Wali’s word, I was contacted when the carpet was ready and we negotiated an installation date. Our house is really big and it took 2 and a half days to remove the old carpet and to lay the new carpet. The installers, Matty and Stacy, were very professional and extremely hard workers. They had a lot to do and worked very hard. Wali also checked in to make sure the job was progressing well. All the people at Solomon’s carpet were caring, honest, genuine and keen to provide us with the best service they could offer.
