I spoke to Troy about getting blinds at my house. He sent out one of his sales reps to my house to give me a free no obligation measure and quote. From there I selected the specific blinds that I wanted for my home.The whole process was a positive experience and a stress free process. I highly recommend going to see Troy and his team and very happy with my blinds. Its made my house so much cooler in the summer time and it looks great. I would like to thank Troy and his team on making it a painless process.

Great experience at Solomons Gepps X! We were in direct contact with the owner, Troy, who was extremely helpful. Our product (a SunRain folding arm awning) came from Germany and he kept us up to date regarding shipping/delivery date, engaged highly professional contractors to install our product and personally came to our house after install to make sure he was satisfied with the finished product. Troy and his team went above and beyond for us and I would highly recommend them.

We decided to replace the blinds in our home overlooking the beach. We needed good quality blinds and a lot of them as our wall to ceiling windows face west. Troy introduced us to Luxaflex luminettes and although expensive, they are fantastic. We had a few hiccups early but Troy (without any hesitation) sent his crew to our place on 3 seperate occasions (360km roundtrip each time) to make sure they were perfect. His team have been excellent in all stages and Tricia has been exceptional. These blinds are great and we would not hesitate to use Troys business again. He also did some carpet for us and that too was extremely well done. Thanks team.

Fantastic and friendly service in store; went above and beyond to get us a quote, showed us samples at home and gave us a great deal. Had a small problem with installation but, after a slightly awkward conversation, it was swiftly rectified by management who really did want us to walk away happy. Way better service than I've experienced elsewhere!

Per other comments, after leaving the review below, the franchise owner (Troy) obtains private phone numbers via inappropriate means to now attempt to call me 4 times on a Saturday night. Needless to say this needs to stop. Unfortunately a bad experience after previously not too bad. Salesperson had no idea about anything and had to reference the computer for the simplest questions. Told me that the carpet I wanted had been superseded. Quoted me a price double that of 6 months ago for the same carpet. .. went to Solomon's Modbury. Brilliant. Half the price with the exact same carpet. Not a good experience at Gepps Cross.
