Really bad service, the people on the phone say “come in we have that” to wait around for 20mins because they guy serving wanted to chat to his mate and then find out the don’t actually do what they want. I’d suggest to go else where or find another way to complete your project.

Went to ULLRICH ALUMINIUM Smithfield to buy aluminium floor trims around 2:30 pm. Wait in a line roughly 10 minutes to be served. I explained what I am after. The guy asked me to draw a picture of what I am after. He called someone to help me. I waited patiently but no one shows up to help me. Later the guy told me to come some other time because they are so busy. I show a similar photo of a product but the guy said they do not carry and try other places. I do not believe what he said because there are thousands of product. I returned back to my car but still, I would like to give one try because I really needed this product. I Went back to the service desk and told the lady I am happy to wait until the warehouse close. It was just 3 pm and the warehouse closes at 4 pm. But the lady said they are jam-packed and no one available to help me. They should have told me earlier if they were such busy. What a waste of time.

Just got home with two sheets of allinium from Ullrich at Wetheral Park & because I read some negitave reviews I wasn't sure what to expect. I only got 100% service & on top of that they gave me a deal that I would never have expected. The people who gave negative reviews probably got out of bed on the wrong side. POSITIVE VIEWS all the way by me, thankyou Ullrich .

The most ridiculous customer service ever. Someone was on holiday and only that perso. Knew about the product, I was after. Rest of the guys had no clue abouy price or anything even though I had a sample piece with me. One guy took the sample and went to speak to someone and come back after 20 mins to say we do not have that product. Why advertise it on the website. Pathetic

Terrible customer service quote one price over phone then charge higher price in person and make out your telling lies the keep u waiting 20 mins cause they can’t process sale or log on computer then keep you waiting as they are so disorganised they don’t have change . Then after ringing next day to complain getting different price yet again get no satisfaction over phone and they don’t ring back when told a manager would sort this out
