From reception, through to my appointment with the doctor, and then onto my iron infusion with the nurse and doctor, all staff were kind, friendly and accommodating. They did not rush through the procedure and took the time to explain the steps very clearly to put my mind at ease.

I've been seeing the doctors here since they were at the old Vulture Street location and I'm always pleased with their friendly reception staff and dedicated doctors. I especially like the online booking system so I can easily see available times for different doctors. Best entry is from Mollison Street if you're walking in, otherwise park in the undercover spots and walk to the right (away from Coles) after coming up the ramp.

Dr Ebby is one of the best Drs I have ever seen. He listens and isn't dismissive tries his best to help you at every step. Reception staff are super lovely especially when you're feeling your most vulnerable

I've found this clinic to be super efficient. Front desk are nice and quality of GP's solid. It's great that there's qml onsite and chemist across the way. Sometimes you need to find a gp who is a good fit for you. There's plenty of choice here. The gap fee is pretty steep but commensurate with access too. I appreciated having face 2 face access to dr's when many didn't.

Bella needs more training in telephonic manners. Took the patient's details for an appointment. Didn't confirm who the doctor was and hung up the phone rudely without confirmation and without saying goodbye.

Although it was a bit expensive and they don’t bulk bill, Dr Stephanie was extremely friendly, nonjudgmental and skilled as a doctor. I really appreciated that she was able to leave a script for me with reception. To feel like your doctor cares and isn’t just rushing through patients on autopilot really matters to me. I’d definitely recommend her.

The Drs are good reception staff, however, today we're rude, aloof and seemed disinterested in their job.

They charged me 120 dollars for a 10 minute follow up session last November. On asking why it was so expensive, the receptionist said it could have been a longer than usual or more involved than usual. I opted for a electronic communication to get my medical reports, but they kept slacking and I had to actually pick it up in person after a week. Horrible experience. Do not recommend.
