The customer service at this store has been one of the most terrible experiences ever. I would give it No Stars if there was such an option. It's all very sweet until they get your money. It's a downhill slide after that. We bought an expensive Stafford and Mason Opulence King Bed from them which sagged like a hammock from the first night, causing backache and sleepless nights. When we advised this store, they wanted us to pay another 300 to upholster the mattress for which I had already paid 2000 and which we had only used for 10 days! The manager, a chap named Russell was so rude he slammed the phone and refused to even come to have a look at the mattress. He kept insisting that there was no manufacturing defect in the bed despite not having seen it. Finally after calling him back and after much requesting, he condescended to send two delivery boys who took one look at the mattress and pronounced it was fine despite not even touching it to feel the springs or measure the sag! Please beware of giving these scammers your hard earned money. We have never seen such rudeness and such appalling customer service anywhere. We are now saddled with a mattress we cannot sleep on for which we paid the store top dollars.

Customer service is very poor. Put a deposit on my bed over six weeks ago then paid for it in full within two weeks was told it would be 10-15 days, hadn’t heard anything rang up multiple times kept getting told it would be soon then was told that the bed takes 18-21 days 5 weeks later and still haven’t received the bed. Was told our bed was put on priority because it was taking so long and when we still didn’t hear anything rang up they couldn’t even find our order on the system then they told us it was going to be another week away. I do not recommend buying a bed through sleep n style unless you want to wait longer then they tell you it’s going to take and have to deal with poor customer service!
I only gave them one Star because I couldn't give a big fat ZER0 , after paying almost 1200 for a single bed for my daughter , and having it delivered and set up I noticed a lot of damage, getting straight onto them I was informed that they will be sending out a brand new bed, much to my dismay upon delivery of this "said" new bed , I find they had only bought replacement parts so in the end I paid for a brand new bed and got a damaged/repaired one . Needless to say I will never be spending another cent in that place !! Love that "Style" keep up the "notso" great work guys !!
I had recently decided to buy a new mattress, having no idea on the way to go about it my partner and i strolled in here to look at some. We were naive in thinking we knew what we wanted, the young staff had exceptional knowledge and personalities to match. i would buy a new mattress every year from sleep n style. Keep up the phenomenal work we sleep soundly now
Very happy with service received, would recommend to all my family and friends. Great place with great staff who know what they are doing. Will definitely go back.
