I had an intermittent leakage problem (water draining from sight glasses) which I thought was from a cracked pipe. My pool inspector, who has had decades of experience with every aspect of pools highly recommended Keith as an expert on leaks (amongst other issues). Keith called to ‘have a quick look’ the next day, checked all the connections, and then spotted the problem (the multi-valve was not seated correctly). It was re-seated, the whole sand filter re-aligned for the connections to line up properly, and the problem was cured within the hour, without the need for any of the hi-tech equipment Keith possesses. This multivalve had been supplied and fitted by Swimart only a few years ago and they had also came out recently – at a considerable cost compared to Keith’s bill – but failed to spot the problem and said the valve was OK. That’s why I was facing the nightmare of having to trace an underground leak! Keith Saunders is an expert anyone can unreservedly have confidence in and I cannot recommend him highly enough.
Dont bother calling this guy. He wasted my time over and over again. I used him a few times and he was great but now he says he will be there and he doesnt show. Says he will call with a time and doesnt call. This guy doesnt want your business. He will waste your time like he wasted mine.
