These guys are great. Went in to exchange the wrong razor blades bought another store. Sammy D and James B were very helpful and knowledgeable about all the products. Left spending way more than we wanted, but service wins in the end.

Compared to ... other shavershops ... James B and Sammy D were a fresh and enjoyable experience. The candid conversation, fantastic assistance and volunteering of their product knowledge we gladdy went from an simple exchange to resolving 2 other issues and spending almost 500 we tried to spend in other shavershops. My boyfriend and I visited the Shaver Shop at Macquarie Centre, following a pathetic experience at the Castle Hill store. I purchased a shaver for my boyfriend as a gift, and the unit ended up being faulty. A female staff member at the Castle Hill store would not allow me to get a refund or exchange, even though we offered video evidence of the unit malfunctioning. Having decided enough was enough, we decided to visit the store at Macquarie Centre, where we were greeted by two friendly staff members, who were attentive and quickly offered us a solution in the form of a refund. We were so impressed by their service, we purchased a different product from their store. If you are looking for friendly, effective service, I would definitely recommend the Shaver Shop at Macquarie Centre!

This Shaver Shop is located on Level 3 of Macquarie Centre, around the corner from Aldi. This shop is well stocked with all things shavers. I needed a replacement shaving foil for my Braun, which they had. The shop attendant was friendly and helpful and greeted me as soon as I stepped into the shop.

I bought a Phillips electric shaver on the weekend. The young man who served me was very polite and extremely knowledgeable about the range of shavers. This is so rare these days. You don't get such service in department stores or online. A pleasure to deal with.

I bought a Philips shaver here. It broke after a year. I took it back. They would not honor the warranty. They said because the part that broke was plastic it was not covered. Even though it meant the shaver wouldn’t work at all. Avoid this shop.
