I started doing some personal training sessions with Ash at Riley's Gym to improve my conditioning / cardiovascular health at the beginning of the year, and I absolutely love them! She is such an incredible trainer, and always makes the sessions fun and enjoyable. Highly recommend her and Riley's as the best personal trainer and gym duo in the area.

This gym is easily the best gym near Seven Hills. All new equipment and very well managed. Lots of dumbbells and unlike anytime fitness they have real bench presses and plenty of racks. Highly recommended.
I had an easy sign up process, hassle free and no pressure which I can appreciate. The gym is everything the name lived up to and much more. Great.

Absolutely recommend Riley’s Seven Hills. The vibe at Riley’s is on point! Excellent service and a friendly team. The equipment is 2nd to none, and the size of this gym is enormous. Huge Cross Fit and Group class area upstairs and a vast variety of quality class leading machines to no end!
“Jimmy Sadek” the name says it all. Google it and you’ll find one of the best personal trainers who has the experience of bodybuilding nation. He has the best plans specialised for each and every body type. Whether you want to build muscle or loose weight, he is your man. Ive been with Jimmy for three months and he has introduced me to some of the best natural supplements you’ll ever come across. He’s got the personality that a personal trainer should have and he is surely a motivating factor in my life. I definitely recommend training with Jimmy if you lack motivation or don’t know anything about bodybuilding. He will definitely help you achieve your Goals.
Affordable and a great quality gym. A wide range of gym equipment included meaning no waiting for anything and there are always helpful staff around all the time. Would 100% recommend!!
