These guys were contracted to connect me to the NBN network. Their contractor did not show up. There was no phone call or communication whatsoever to me regarding the missed appointment. I had to take time off work so that I could be home for the scheduled connection window, a complete waste of time and valuable annual leave. When I called the front desk they refused to give me any information about the missed appointment and directed me to NBN, who also were unable to give me any info and directed me to my ISP.
