So that was my 1st ever experience to buy a second hand fridge worth of 400 and after 2 months, sadly it stopped working. When bought in Feb 2021, fridge light was not working. Only realised when got fridge home. Was told by guy who served at shop that we not allowed to check to see if it’s working or not. Still bought as it was urgent and others were buying so thought it will work fine and we won’t be cheated. When light didn’t work, thought may be bulb replacement required, so got new bulb from Bunnings and still didn’t work. Had to buy sensor lights from Woolworths and fixed in fridge, but anyway it needs battery replacement frequently and so again waste of money. Had receipt when purchased fridge stating 90 days warranty, but it’s not sufficient and also doesn’t make sense when u have to get to owner paying 50/70 for delivery to get it fixed and sadly they can’t come. Finally fridge started making weird sounds and had water leakage and had to get a brand new fridge from Harvey Norman yesterday. Nothing personal to owner, great service, replies quickly; however I highly recommend to buy brand new electronic item with warranty because can’t trust on second had electronics items, sometimes they work or not. Better to pay more but get new one only.

I recently bought a fridge which was less than half the price of a new one. Its in great working order and the transaction and delivery were smooth and seamless. Mick and his team are locals so I know if the fridge has any issues I can bring it in for repair. I highly recommend this business for anyone looking for appliances.

BAD SERVICE WARNING !!! We bought 1 fridge and 1 washing machine here, it cost us a total of 850. They said they will deliver it and call us a couple of hours before arriving, however they just call us about 15 mins and nobody at home. So they just leave it in front of our garage and we have to move it by ourselves. After 1 month, the fridge is not working and we called them for a warranty. However, they ask us to deliver back the fridge for checking, imagine you have to remove all of your food and hire a truck for a fridge you just bought. It is ridiculous and unacceptable.
Have bought two excellent freezers from these guys. Great value items, and very helpful guy. Recommend them.
