Ed and Daniel were fast, efficient and informative. They sorted out my fridge problem quicker than I expected and at a good price too! It was easy dealing with them from start to end. Unlike the other places I contacted.

Fridge started beeping randomly day and night. Called Ed and technician came out and replaced a part at a cost of 260, which we paid immediately. Later that day the beeping resumed, technician came back out and made a call to Samsung and said it was the motherboard, which Samsung said they don’t support that part and it doesn’t exist anymore, no alternative was given. Ed wanted to charge us another 160, which we refused, after all the 260 we already paid didn’t fix the issue. After a quick Google search, we easily found the part and installed ourselves. The diagnosis was incorrect and the fridge continued to beep again day and night. Close to thinking we need to invest in a new fridge, my wife Googled and people suggested it was the seal. She checked and found a large split on the hinge side. 66 later we have installed and fixed the issue - we feel the repair person should have picked up on the issue in the first visit.
Hi, Left a message for Christine but she hasnt returned my call as of yet so I'll leave my complaint instead. Very frustrated with the service overall. Called last Tuesday and was booked in for the Friday. Received a call the day before, Thursday, to pay deposit to order the seal and now they will call when the part is in to attend. The whole reason we requested the site visit was the washing machine basket was not spinning, we also mentioned that the seal had a tear. The seal was in on the following Wednesday and came to our house Friday (today). The service man replaced the seal. I could hear a very loud noise from the machine. He came over and told me that its all done. He then proceeded to say i was going to ask you if that was normal? He obviously knew there was an issue which apparently its with the bearings - so it was not actually fixed. Was he going to mention it if I didn't ask him about the noise or act like his job was done? He told me he had to leave to go to another job and will speak with the office about the issues as there was a "miscommunication". The quote had noted the exact same as what was told. This process has been ridiculous. I've now waited a week and a half, paid 130 to be told that it could be the bearings and that now he'll have to return to remove the seal and left with washing machine still not repaired.
repairman delayed at previous job but we were kept informed. pleasant tradesman who was quick & clean in carrying out repair. Price was well within our expectations. would recommend this local business
Was initially hard to get a serviceman but the office was efficient in calling to advise of date changes etc. Daniel came today and he was fantastic! Pinpointed the problem and advised what my options were. Highly recommend this company.
I searched for a repair man from the internet, and chose Ed because the business was in my area. The office dealt with my enquiry efficiently and an apt. was made for the following day. Details of costs were given at the time. The service man Ed arrived on time and a message was sent to me of his pending arrival. He gave me a swift diagnosis and arranged to come to carry out repairs once all ice had melted. Happy to say repairs attended to swiftly and efficiently and my fridge may outlast me yet!
