Have become overpriced and lost most of their good staff since being bought out.
Don't be fooled by the other Local Guide reviews, they are not genuine. I've been waiting months for them to sort out our access keys for work, still no result. Their "Technical Support " is just a loop to an answering machine. Finally received the fobs and swipes and they weren't set correctly... Called them, pressed 1 for 'sales and general enquiries (knew tech support doesn't work) spoke to some dude who sounded unprofessional and transferred me through to the answering machine. I even said "can you put me through to tech support and he replied " through to what?"
Broad range of security products and almost always have what you need in stock. Often hard to get someone on the phone though as they are always flat out. I have had problems with receipts not being sent with packages but always resolved.
Poor service! Very slow and lack of staff to help you quickly pick up your stock and get on to your next job. Need more knowledgable staff at counter. Tech support is also lacking and need more staff if they are to take on so many products. Can be so frustrating and time wasting.
Appalling customer service. Have no idea how to treat their customers! And their tech support? Don't even go there!! 1 of the worst I've experience.
They have great range of products.If you need it, they should have it. But the service can be lacking at times so do not expect too much from their technical support.
Excellent security product supplier. Heaps of equipment to check out. But customer service is a let down. Kind of difficult to get technical support or you don't get any at all.
