I'm really appreciated for your good products and strong support service. I had to finish one security system in Easter holidays but I was struggling to fix an isuue about programming. I called Kevin who works in Trantech support. Although he was in holiday, He answered my phone call and helped me out to solve all issues. Since the last 2 years Kevin been helping me in different projects. WISH I COULD PUT ZERO STARS!!! After spending over 12K on Dahua security systems at our factory and home, I called in to Trantech to ask (get some advice) about the speaker's that can be installed to the cameras, maybe I should entered with a suit on, spoke to the poeple on the counter who went and got somebody else to help, while talking to him he's phone rang and he walked away to answer it, walked back out no better off.
Best service Ive had in a long time. Helped fixed the fault and explain their whole range too.
