Have only ordered online up to now, but so far so good. Order processing and delivery was prompt. Haven't ordered anything in store yet, but have noticed some mixed reviews in that area. I think it helps to research what you want in advance (via the very easy to use online catalogue) so you know what you're doing / looking for once you get there.

Ordered a 'mBeat Power Dot Pro Dual Port 4.8A Rapid Car Charger' for pickup from Scorptec South Melbourne. Good and fast service. Item also looks good. Have started to use it and will update the review after using for a month. 5 Stars for the quality and service. ... UPDATE: 09/11/2020 The port has stopped charging my phone, even after changing the phone chord. The connection is erratic and doesn't charge anymore. Should I ask for a replacement? ... UPDATE: Asked and got a replacement. Thank you for the quick service.
Some of your staff are unnecessarily rude, and some of these comments seem to confirm that. While waiting for my order to get processed today, another customer entered the store and asked one of the staff how they could buy a particular product. You could tell this was their first time in here. Staff member just goes: "Can't you read the signs?(pointing to a plain looking a4 sheet of printed paper with plain printed text) This side is for click and collect", tells him to go to the other side, and then goes on to be rude with some other customers. It was as if this guy watched one too many re-runs of the soup *retracted* episode on Seinfeld. Customers can sometimes be difficult and annoying, but this was really an overreaction and unnecessary. The store was pretty empty as well. Perhaps it would be more productive trying out better solutions rather than taking out your frustration out on customers? Maybe the plain MS Word printed signs don't stand out enough? Overall, you guys aren't the cheapest option out there and the only reason I continue to shop at this store is the service from other staff. If that goes out the window, then there is really little reason to visit your store, especially with some retailers offering same/next day delivery at the same price. I sincerely hope you don't allow this sort of behaviour to continue and ruin your store's reputation.
They are always lovely and helpful on the phone and in person. Such a pleasure to deal with these guys
Great customer service. I had a faulty CPU. They identified the problem and installed a new CPU for me in only 2 business days after leaving the computer with them. The technician Thomas was very easy to talk to and fast to reply to messages. Would certainly recommend.
Helpful advice, fair price. No fuss.
Great shop with fantastic bunch of people. I have bought two gaming rigs, two laptops from these fine people and no major issues at all.
Thomas was an absolute legend! Went in just to pick up one click and collect part but walked out with all the remaining parts for my build. Was getting overwhelmed researching parts and keeping track of stock with each retailer especially with the current au stock shortages. Thomas was happy to offer advice on what in-stock parts would be best for my needs based on my usage/existing components and which models were unnecessary. Beyond refreshing walking into an IT store where the staff know their stuff and above all, treat you with dignity and patience if you ask for advice. The only constructive criticism I would give is for management to upgrade or fix systems used by staff to create invoice/manage inventory. This would freeze multiple times at every step and makes things difficult for both staff and customers waiting in line.
