Lovely first shopping experience at the store. I moved from Melbourne to Hobart and Tim at the store helped with the bike assembly and went out of the way to spruce up the bike. Looking forward to shop again

The old saying “don’t judge a book by its cover “ falls into place here , when ever I walk into a store I don’t have a budget in mind , I usually buy the best product costing the most , but when I stand at the counter & don’t even get acknowledged for 5 mins , then a guy walks in the door in a suit & gets swarmed by workers for the new reflector he needs on his Kmart bike he’s important looking. I walked out & will never go back. I’m a business owner , spend a lot on my family of 5 at stores , we ride MTB most days. Go to Roll cycles in Hobart , they will acknowledge you as soon as the door swings open. 1 star is very generous for the way i was treated. I hope your 1 profit was worth the 10s of thousands you will miss out on.

A great My Ride chain store to service southern Tasmania! I have had my bike's disc brakes bred there and was impressed with the standard of service as well as the price! They have the widest selection of Tasmanian-made Henty business attire commuting bags I have seen in any bicycle shop and they have knowledgeable as well as friendly staff that care about their customers. They have a great selection of Topeak bicycle luggage/racks too. Pop in and give them a chance if you haven't already or for a long time!
I visited just about every major bike sales outlet in the Hobart area and hands down the service here was the best. Where possible I now get all my bike gear from these guys.
I have purchased two Avanti Montaries ( e bikes ) from My Ride , Great after sales service and advice , I con highly recommend this Bike shop ; great staff & service ( especially the workshop ) !

I just had a bad experience with this guys. I bought 150 worth of tyres to install myself. When I was paying the guy said I can fit them for you and I said how much would it be and he said just a little bit for labour. When I got back they hit me with a 72 bill and I told him it wasn’t acceptable when I asked before hand but of course that’s how they sting you. It’s a shame because I love this shop and I’d like to know that I can trust them but for that money we would have chosen to fit the wheels ourselves. And I feel court because I asked and was reassured that it was just a small fee.
