As a busy person I rang yesterday to enquire about some stock levels on dress and the person whos name begins with M gave me the wrong information. I wasted my time going into the store this morning. It isnt rocket science to get simple information correct

I had a great visit found the staff were very pleasant and friendly and couldn't do enough to help me. I found some great bargains and some good retail therapy. I have told all my friends how great the shop is.

The worst experience I have had in many many years! Today I went to this store as it was listed as the new container refund location for Redcliffe peninsula region and I was stunned at the attitude of the one woman who I had any interaction with, I didn't even make it into the store, nor did I have the opportunity to cash in my containers. Salvos in this instance have lost a substantial contributor in fundraising, donations and a customer - Sad to see such awful people ruining such a long standing organisation. A full complaint with all the facts of the interaction is being sent to the Salvos Head Office, as well as the QLD recycling scheme office - Appalling.
