Terrible customer service, never ever shop here again!!! I was on the queue, patiently waiting for my turn as I need to pick up my kids from school, took a while the lady inside the changing room came out, finally as she stepped out i was about to step in, the security guard said hey...the lady behind you was there first, didn't blame the lady, she was behind me waiting after me but as soon the security guard said she was first , she quickly stepped in, I went out as I was in a hurry to pick up my kids from school, I called the shop and I asked the gentleman who was answered the call saying is it right if someone was waiting to use the changing room but won't bother to wait so she was wandering around looking for other items and back again to the queue , and think she is still hold her queue?? but the security guard was looking after her spotWhat a joke!! He said she was there first, I said I was here first , she left and back again. Honestly you need a new security guard who doesn't flirt with your customers. Also instead of him sitting and just watching customers on the queue, why not watching them bring only 3 garments into the changing rooms, the other lady was using the other room had about more than 10 items, no wonder she was holding everyone else turns.

I went to drop off a bag of clothing and I saw that they were closed - there was a man and a woman standing at the front desk so I decided to see if I could still drop off my donation on the off chance. I asked do you have a drop off spot or a bin that I can put this bag into? The old lady then rudely yelled and screamed at me several times saying that they are closed when a simple come back tomorrow would have sufficed. Her belligerent behavior was appalling. Wont be back and I am going to tell anyone who will listen how horrific their staff are
