Ruban was very helpful with choosing a car for my family, the service he gave us was friendly, knowledgeable, fast and professional. The range of cars that Ryde Hyundai has on display is substantially wide compared to most other Hyundai dealers. They also offer a 7 year warranty which not many other dealers offer! There pricing is very competitive for the market and I am very satisfied with the car we purchased! Thanks Ryde Hyundai P.S the hot chocolate was delicious

I bought a demo car here 3 months ago. I love this car, but!! I don’t recommend North Ryde HYUNDAI branch office !! Hyundai head office has 1000 cash back promotion for new and demo cars even hail damage cars. I applied this promotion but rejected by Hyundai head office said my car was used car not a demo car?? NO I BOUGHT A DEMO CAR !! Even a dealer was write down “this car is an demo car” on my contract documents. This dealer cheated and lied to me ? I asked North Ryde branch office about this happen they said nothing they can do ?? Only smiles you are looking for a car after then they don’t care !! Go to other branch office !! Who takes photo for used car like this even in door the office ?

Thanks so much to Ryde Hyundai, especially Ruben who helped make our experience a good one. We had a bad experience with another dealership prior to that and were feeling a bit sour about the experience. But Ruben changed all that and we happily drove away with our new car. Would definitely recommend dealing with them.

Went in early in the morning for a test drive. Salesperson was very friendly and carefully explained the bells and whistles of the car and the differences between each trim level. Was just given the keys to have a carefree test drive alone for however long I wanted. Very good place as I've rung a few other dealers who said a 15 minute test drive was all they could do and insisted on having the salesperson come along.
