I got the machine replaced without any trouble. Very happy with the service. Also the delivery people were really nice and helpful. Great service from the whole team. They communicate quickly and are really helpful, the prices are great, their delivery team installed and tested my washing machine and were so friendly and helpful. And perhaps the best indicator of good service - I had an issue with my washing machine a couple of weeks later and contacted them and they got back to me really quickly and got it sorted within 48 hours, even though it was a holiday long weekend. How a company responds when something isn't right is so important, and they were very responsive and straight onto getting it fixed up for me. Perfect! Would recommend them to anyone.
