We’re currently on holidays & visited the shop to purchase a couple of items. We had a few questions regarding certain items, we felt it was such an effort to get a response & perhaps she had more important thing’s to do. We picked up a couple of staple items to purchase but then decided to purchase else where, why should we give our business to someone who isn’t interested. We did hesitantly purchase one item for our convenience, such a shame, we could have spent so much time in the shop had the consultants been interested

Over charge for service and when you question them they make up other items to charge you for to make up the bill, consumables when none were used, administration fee that you are not told about,. Call out fee that you are told about and that is for the time it takes to come out and return to work shop but then they charge for his travel time to come out. What is the call out fee? At time off booking was told it was for there time to come to site and return to workshop.. They were polite, on-time, and repaired the problem. Could be honest with people and explain changes and fees.

Heading into Port Maquarie for what we thought was going to be a two night stay we had a small electrical fire which we extinguished and then discovered RV & Caravan centre. Dale, Chris and staff were fantastic. Turned into a two week stay and insurance claim.Van has been repaired and thoroughly checked out. Would highly recommend.
