DO NOT BUY FROM GREEN RV PLEASE TAKE MY WORD. my partner and I bought a brand new caravan from here took it 700kms and the whole caravan fell apart warranty takes forever because they are not experienced people on how to fix them nor how to put them together, our roof was leaking sink leaking cupboards broken washing machine broken it was a nightmare. No compensation or any courtesy on trying to make the situation better we were upset. It's bad when the general manager think it's funny how long it took to get fixed. We have plenty of photos and videos on what has happen and will place them on social media to see. PLEASE DONT BUY FROM THIS UNEDUCATED COMPANY YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED. We are about to embark a trip around Australia and we got more problems with the caravan before we leave the TV don't work and blinds are falling down.

Service department is appallingly unprofessional. We purchased our Next gen van in early 2019 and were very impressed with the sales staff and the van. But 2 years on and we are still trying to have service issues rectified. We get no response to our emails and promised return calls are not made. Warranty staff have repeatedly applied excuses of 'just returned from leave' and 'too busy'. I was specifically told that a required part was being ordered last September and then told in December part needed to be ordered. We have supplied photos of the required repairs multiple times. We have ensured everything is in writing but only get verbal confirmation of email being received when we call to complain. We dropped our van off a week ago with the assurance all required repairs would be completed, including the damage they caused to the van at service last August, to now be told they have the wrong part. The final straw was being told to pick up the van and not bring it back -they don't want our business!
Purchased my Snowy River caravan here, plus had various extra's added and had van seviced here, all went without any issues, friendly helpful staff.
Sellers beware!!! - once they have your caravan they work for the buyer. Communication was non existent. I had a bad experience with a salesman that was pushy and uncaring, only interested in making the sale and getting the best price for the buyer cos they had the money. He didn't care that I was selling our dream after my husband died of cancer before we had the chance to enjoy it. When I asked for some time to think about it - he told me I risked loosing the sale because the buyers were there waiting. Check your paperwork, when I did I found they they had sold it for more than they told me and when I asked them they said the extra money paid for repairs that I was not asked about or did not authorise. After many phone calls from me they finally gave me half. Their commission was more expensive than Brisbane but I wanted to support a local company which turned out to be a big mistake. I have waited many months to put this up thinking I could let it go but their treatment of me was terrible & wrong and I would not want anyone else to go through what I did.
Sales team are great . Nextgen van great but stay away from service department. Bought a new van from them in 2019. After 2 years of continued bad service and giving service department second and third chances I am done with them. Latest issues have been ongoing for 6 months. Most fixed finally. Outstanding issue is damage done at last service . Just over it. I said I was coming to pick up my van and they could send parts and would do it myself. I got told to come and get my van and don't come back they did not want me here anyway. Done deal. Be warned. Star is for sales department .
