Our family really like this place. We have started taking our pets to the vets here, as we are so pleased with the service we have received. The vets really care about the animals and take a genuine interest in them. It's not just about the money or an other day at the office attitude. Also the shop staff in the store section are helpful and friendly. There is a good selection of items for sale , and our children delight in picking out some treats for our dog from the array of jars filled with various dog treats. Such a great idea - a dog version of the old lollie bag system. There are also pets for sale , which our children always like looking at. It nice to see the cages are of a good size not like some pet shops and are clean. The rabbits and the Guinea pigs also have fresh vegetables in their cages, which is good to see. It is also a bonus for us knowing we are supporting a worthwhile cause. Keep up the great work guys.

We adopted two ginger siblings and a year later we only have complements for the staff, volunteers and vets making it such a fantastic experience. The kittens were so used to human interaction, very social and relaxed - we found it hard to believe they were rescues. There is so much more to the RSPCA than meets the eye... Keep up the good work!
The RSPCA is either hit or miss. One day the staff are very nice the next week everyone has their cranky pants on. Good thing is they take care of the animals but are aggressive when asking for charitable funds
We have bought a rescue kitten from here more than once. Excellent service and advice. Great range of pet supplies, great after-care. Recommended.
The centre at Rouse Hill has some cats and dogs in their store looking for adoption. They also have a great range of accessories for cats and dogs including scratching posts, blankets, beds and litter boxes. The litter box I picked up looks like a mini spa is big enough that both my cats get into it together in the morning - no queueing for them! Staff from this centre volunteer their time to raise money with their annual store at North Epping mid November each year, which in the past they have displayed some hens in a hutch and also had plants on sale. Looking forward to seeing them again this year.
This centre is an example of how dad leadership i.e. manager presents a bad experience to customers. To-date I have had pleasant experience with the staff but the manager today confidently presented herself in a rude, unpleasant and demonstrated she was not interested to ensure the customer is pleasantly looked after. My dog has been groomed there for the past several weeks and she stated today she has not record of my dog and inisted that I have never been there. At the tail end of the conversation she admits my details are registered but my dogs name is spelled incorreclty - is that what a customer is responsibel for ? your staff or you updating the register and the customer need to verify the spelling???
Shouldn't even be a 1 star review, Saturday 28th of July we were served by a lady with blonde hair and an english accent, the service was appauling she roled her eyes as soon as we entered the rspca care centte with intentions to adopt, she was so rude i am going to lodge a formal complaint with the ombudsman she and another lady who was also working need the sack ! I wouldnt reccomend to anyone id rather go to blacktown pound.
We adopted our pet from here recently, staff were very kind and helpful. Very easy process, animals appeared to be treated well and have good enclosures.
