After spending time going through the flooring companies peppered on Botany Road and feeling ignored, we were very pleasantly surprised by Venus at Ideas Flooring (since moved to The Cannery.) She was a breath of fresh air and answered all our questions and gave great recommendations for floors for our new house. Putting down a deposit to reserve a date for works was painless as was organising an inspection with Jack. Jack was also great to deal with, very communicative and really knows his stuff. His team works hard and were flexible and accommodating, especially regarding our stairs which came out beautifully. I really couldn’t ask for a better team. So good I’m using them again to renovate the apartment we are moving out of, happy to use their services again.

So happy with the end result. Venus was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful, nothing was too much trouble. The workmanship was very impressive and everything was left so clean and tidy! We will definitely use them again and recommend to all our friends.

We went in to Ideas Flooring in an afternoon, exhausted from visiting most of the neighbouring shops. Then, what a delight speaking to Venus. She cares about the style of your property, your budget, your way of life, and put forward her honest opinion about different products. On the day of installation, Jack supervised the installation personally and worked with the team to resolve any issues and handling of details. The end product is as shown in the photos. (The first two photos were taken during a cloudy overcast day. The last photo was taken under lighting) Couldn't recommend them more enough if you are tired of not knowing whom to engage for your flooring project.

The service is excellent. They really focus on the details with hassle free from the start to the finish. Venus is fantastic in the showroom. Jack is the foreman on the site to supervise all the work with prompt and effective communication. Really highly recommended.
