Boy, has this place gone off in the past few years. Was once an exceptional business. Now its a joke. Front staff are rude, don't care and forget after sales service or warranty. Have referred a lot of people over the years to this place. Never again will I use them or refer them. Such a shame.

Brian from WCT was professional, friendly, accommodating and happy to answer all my novice questions. He took the time to explain everything he'd done and even had a look at some other mechanical/electrical issues I had with no fuss. As a new caravan owner, he was happy stay for a bit longer and explain everything. I would highly recommend WCT especially if Brian is the one installing the tow bar.
