Looking at buying a one owner six month old Tanami X13 however have since discovered that the new van warranty isn't transferable to the second and subsequent owners. This is a huge problem, as it doesn't exactly fill you with confidence that the owner of Austrack isn't prepared to back his product for the full warranty period. It also really reduces the future resale value of the van as a result. If car manufacturers can have transferable warranties, why cant Austrack? This, combined with the poor customer service reputation that these guys have doesn't say much for their future in a highly competitive industry.

Roof tent is well designed and robust. Done a lot of miles.
Have bought a quite a few products from Austrack over the years and are happy with the products. However I had the need to buy some replacement straps for their rooftop tent. The lady was less than helpful and almost rude telling me they don’t do parts for them. Hope nothing more important needs replacing in the future.
Showroom is well laid out with every model on display to look at and get a feel for owning. Staff were very helpful and friendly

Not a good experience at all. there where over a dozen things wrong when I first opened the trailer from no solar panels to broken press studs on the canvas on the trailer. Battery not charger properly. Wrong tow hitch. When I contact them about all the things that where wrong they made all the excuses and brushed me off like it was my first time camping. I ordered a touring annex and a spare gas lead. They were going to send it to me with the solar panel that wasn't in the camper. They took the money from my account then after 10 days i rang to see what courier they sent it with. They informed me that it wasn't sent yet. This is 10 days after they took my money. The after sales service is not existing. I brought a Telegraph X. I would not recommend it to anyone. Built tough Built to last What a joke
