This is a Myer full of 4 levels, that I feel like you could spend all day in! It has so much to offer and if you can't find anything that you are looking for, I'm sure you'll be able to find a staff member near by that will be more than willing to help you out. Basically any and every brand that you can think of, I'm sure you could find here. Seeing how large the store is you would think that it wouldn't be kept in the best condition, but no this Myer looks as if it is brand new! Amazing experience and I will be returning again.

I only ever leave a review if I receive absolutely fantastic or horrible service. I'm happy to write that this was some of the best customer service I have ever experienced, the team was very friendly, kind, courteous and went way above and beyond. havnt been into a Myers Store for number of years. wanted a new pair of shoes ie runners for work had to have firm back to them. service was great .range was great. 59.95 .then i was told %25 off. going back to buy some more shoes.Its wonderful to be wearing confortable shoes. understand Myers is closing a number of stores. Maybe we should get behind this iconic dept store.

Myer staff customer service at its best. We got a very friendly assistance at the bags area counter from a very nice lady who saw us waiting. She did not hesitate to help us even though she's not assigned to that area because she did not want for us to keep waiting that long. We truly appreciated her kindness.

Bought a Dyson product from here today, and the young guy who served us was very unprofessional and rude. After buying an 800 product, which he forgot to charge for a bag (and didn't even ask), he asked to tap again for 15 cents! While I would have been happy to pay, its the attitude and professionalism that matters. Have been shopping at Myer for close to 25 years, very rarely have I come across people like this. Myer Knox for example has been absolutely fantastic!

On Saturday I had the best experience ever! I thought I would have a browse in Taking Shape, I didn't need anything. I was sooo impressed, not only did they have a huge variety of clothes, some a little different from the boutique but it was 30% of the markdowns too. It was Sam & Lyndal who made it so special, they were interested, they made suggestions, they looked for sizing, Sam run down to the boutique for a size for me. Nothing was too, hard! It wasn't just for me either, every customer was treated the same. It was a pleasure to shop, I ended up with five garments, two of which I would never had tried, let alone bought, if not encouraged by the ladies. Thank you and congrats on the great service.
