I have used Right at Home Macarthur Penrith to take care of my distant aunt who had no close relatives nearby. They really did their job well. Though I am living far away, I was able to manage things. They were always easy to reach and always got back quickly if there were any questions, via phone or SMS. I would wholeheartedly recommend them.

RUN don't walk away from RAH - Macarthur Penrith!!!! If I could give them a negative 1000 that still would be generous. Dee Jay and Seema the directors don't care about our loved one's that we place in their hands. My dad was a client of theirs for about a year. During that time, they miss-managed his financial account. Their employees would come late, leave early, didn't write in our client book, ask me (his daughter) to go get additional quotes, secretly gave my dad chocolates without us knowing (he is a diabetic) and just the overall shameful treatment of my dad and my family. The list is too long!! All that I have stated above is documented in writing and I have proof. Please they might be cheap but that's what you get CHEAP! And don't fall for Seema's fake smile or them saying we are "Family" its all lies. In my opinion they are extremely unethical and unprofessional in an industry where it could be life or death. Please be careful of them.

Right at home has been such a positive decision for our family to have such caring people in our Mother's life. It has taken such a weight off the family with having the support from reliable attentive people. Mum raves about how much she enjoys the company and having her visits with them. It has made her much brighter and happier with getting back her independence that they have given her. Right at home has provided transport to medical appointments, dropped off prescriptions. Made her feel like she is important, doing crosswords and puzzles with her, taking her out for coffee. You have given back her life and no words can explain how important that is and grateful we are as a family. I would recommend Right at Home for anyone that is needing personal care for a loved one or for yourself. I would encourage you to speak with Seema, she explained how the services worked and made everything clear.
When I requested that I need help with personal care at home with showering post operative. The Nurse Unit manager contacted Right at Home for me. Within one hour I received a phone call and all appointments were set up. The service was explained to me and the care was started the next day even though it was a Saturday. The personal care was excellent and professional carried out. I also had transport to appointments and to do my shopping. I have given a 5 star rating because nothing else would do for the profession and happy care I received. Charmaine Gorman
