Horrible company would not recommend nice staff but scheduling is just horrible they don’t care about their clients needs. when we call for a pacific person they have someone different each time how are you supposed to build a relationship with the person providing care if it’s different people each time and it’s annoying having to constantly show them how you like things done

Kincare has been mine and my childrens only support since having a stroke over 10 years ago the workers we have had have been wonderful they will always go the extra mile to help us we have had a lot of organizing to do aswell as we had done nothing until I was able to cope with things after learning to walk and talk again but they have been so good at helping me sort through boxes and cupboards 10 years full of items I can no longer remember having or needing but long story short they have always been really good at looking after me they are only a phone call away and yes they do have staffing issues as most aged care programs do as workers get sick sometimes but they do their best looking after their clients.
Cannot recommend this group. Removed after 2 days of care. Supervisor totally unorganised, Total lack of communication to client and staff, no proper roster set up, no return phone calls, staff lack communication or direction from supervisors. A man was sent to wash my newly widowed Mother at 73yo despite requesting a female right from the start. Also a supervisor that passes the blame rather than accepts responsibility. I have had numerous years experience as a carer & If there was a minus one star, Id be giving that instead.
