Terrible service!!! I've never had to try so hard to spend money. Sent them a detailed drawing of the backyard, got back to me quickly, gave them the extra info of flow rate for tap, they said 2 to 3 days for irrigation plan. I followed up after 5, said they'd call back. No call. Called back 2 days later, said they'd call back. No call. Given up and resorting to Bunnings.
I frequently use Reece irrigation at campbeltown and the staff are always friendly and knowledgeable.
