Being a house owner near the beach with an in ground pool we decided for a tree change and rented a property on acres for something different.. We got conned horribly when we signed a lease stating the we would pay for the chemicals on a monthly pool contract.. These guys are absolute rip offs. I suspect they’re in total collusion with the Hunter realestate agents preying on honest renters. Owning our own home and knowing the owner of the property eventually allowed us to call their bluff and got these guys sacked, but not before a 480 chemical bill over 8 weeks. Plus the service fees of 240 Plus a complete change out of a 2yr old saltwater chlorinator charged to the owner at 600. Oh, and when I asked for the old unit to verify, I was informed they had thrown it out apparently. Be very aware of these people.. Yes I have photo’s to verify. But why bother.

Highly reccomend from start to finish the communication and quality of work was amazing. Really knew what they where doing. A trusted licensed company. Adam gave me great confidence around tricky elements that other companies couldn't get past. They know what they are doing and deliver a high quality pool. Definitely acompany to install your new pool!

Very poor service. Had to work with multiple contacts for a resolution. Zero or limited internal communication appeared to be the problem
Dropped off a robot for repair. Unfortunately the robot was not repairable and that is ok, however it took them 6 weeks in the middle of summer to have a look at the robot & advise what was wrong. When I mentioned this was poor customer service, they just got angry and made a long list of excuses. They could have just said upfront it was a hard job for them & it may take time. Meanwhile, we could not clean our pool.
They installed a pool heater approximately one year ago. It is a 16kw heat pump which was recommended and works perfectly for my needs. End of August and I am swimming in my 29 degrees pool. Thanks Coastline.
Excellent service. Really know how to fix pool problems
It’s about 2 years now we have been going to Coastline Pools for testing our pool water and anything else we may need to add to the pool. From the very start Charlotte helped us with all the vital advice of owning a pool. We visit Coastline almost monthly and the other ladies, Tara, Kerrie and Lou have always helped with answering any questions we may ask while testing our pool water. We continue to return to Coastline not just for their expertise, but their friendliness.
