What a wonder honest, efficient and transparent company. Through our insurance company, we used Marks Electronics to have our laptop repaired. The charger plug and internal charging point required repairs. Right from the start I was amazed with the quick contact and progress updates. We knew exactly what was occurring with our laptop from the initial submission, through to arriving back home. I couldn’t speak highly enough of the communication from this company and in particular Ann-Marie, not once did I have to contact or chase this company because Ann-Marie updated me on a daily basis, which is so reassuring and a rarity in today’s world.
