Our washing machine had been giving us grief for a number of months, and we were close to just buying a new machine. APS was recommended to me from a friend, and I can honestly say I am glad we decided to get in touch. The technician was prompt, and thorough, he found that there was a blockage (which would have caused a new machine problems as well). He removed the blockage and that was that, he didn't tell us we would need additional parts and labor costs. Just a straight up fee for the blockage removal. Would highly recommend APS for any appliance repairs. Thanks so much!!

I was very impressed by the APS professional experts who came over today to repair my dishwasher. A wonderful service by knowledgeable, attentive and hands-on experience engineers. We had an issue with our Smeg dishwasher. The APS service person determined that the problem was the pump (even though it was actually pumping okay). By chance we found out we had a few days of warranty left and had an authorised repairer look at it. The problem was the door switch not the pump. We would have paid over 200 for a 'repair' which would have not actually fixed the problem. Very disappointing.

Had a guy come down. Didn't really even check my rangehood told me no extra cost other than parts for the 2nd callout to fit a new motor. Then get slung an additional 180 labour. Gonna just buy a new rangehood complete unit. 4 screws and 250 saving. And i get a complete new rangehood. Suggest they review some of their pricing.

Excellent service, The girls at the call center went out of their way to meet my needs. The repair was done the same day of my call, I never had this service with any other company. The engineer could not have been more helpful, He fix my Oven very quickly and was happy to answer my questions. Thank you APS Perth.
