Still waiting for dozen of wines missing for 3 weeks! Well done in damaging your brand Qantas with the poorly qantas wines service. We ordered 3 weeks ago for the first time our first red dozen, to date your clueless customer service don't know what happened with the wine. They refuse to refund OUR MONEY, because until they know where the wine is at, they can issue a refund. TOTAL LACK OF CARE for loyal Qantas FF customers, they should have sent us another box immediately and they should have sort out the logistics issues not us paying the price for the lack of operational control. They just told us over and over, we can't tell you where your wine is, we don't know, the courier can't tell us, excuses, GIVE US OUR MONEY BACK, HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. this goes to OFT NSW. DONT BUY FROM QANTAS WINE !!!

Won't ever be ordering from Qantas Wine again. Our mixed case of reds included a bottle of wine that had been opened (not sealed), and refilled with water, or who knows what clear liquid (we didn't touch it). We contacted the company to let them know about the tampering, but got no response. Will only buy wine in store now so at least we know we're buying wine.
Worst customer service ever! Ordered a case of mixed dozen red wine. Wine was Never received. Aust Post said carton was damaged and returned to sender. 3 weeks later - after 3 calls to Qantas wines to chase up the wine order and requests to speak with manager to lodge formal complaint - no call back, no emails no feedback or further communication. Still haven’t received replacement wine - only to find out from Qantas Wines that they will not be sending out any replacement until Aust Post had returned the damaged wine to them. So they have taken my money, acknowledged that I haven’t received my wine, but unwilling to send a replacement. This is called THEFT! Poor customer service - avoid like the plague. Will be lodging formal complaint with NSW Fair Trading for misleading and deceptive conduct.
Per other reviews - its fine when you order online through the website without having to talk to anyone and have no issues with your delivery. Not quite so good if you have any sort of issues and need to talk to a human being. Must have missed a bit of small print in the Ts&Cs in their returns policy, it seems its actually up to the Call Centre agent to decide whether or not you areunsatisfied when it comes to requesting a return. Avoid unless you are 100% confident in what you are buying.

Stay away! Absolutely NO customer service. 2 weeks ago I received a (late) delivery and one item valued at AUD 150.00 was missing. It's impossible to talk to this outfit, so I sent 3 (three) e-mails. NO answer!! Sadly this is not the first time I had a negative experience. I'll spread the word and will never buy from Qantas again.
What a mess! Ordered two cases - one was not delivered but was according to Qantas Wine so that required follow up with both courier and Qantas. Then they were going to look into this and suddenly I get a delivery notification of a replacement case of more expensive wine being sent without any consultation. Even better this replacement is worth less that the order that they failed to deliver! What a rip off. Steer well clear.
Wine order placed on the 25.11.20 and still not here (close to a month!). Unable to speak to sales assistant without providing: address, name, maiden name (!), email, phone number, membership number and date of birth! That’s completely ridiculous.
