I should have read the reviews. I was sent a faulty lamp. They told me it was exactly same as genuine lamp. Within 7 days it blew up my projector. I sent lamp back and they said working fine so bad luck no refund. Will now be contacting my bank to issue chargeback as this practice is not legal. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE!

I am literally in disbelief at the product Pureglare sent me - it had a roughly cut, jagged and imprecise cut-out part on the lamp case/module and it did not even fit into my projector! I spent a long time taking my projector down from its mount only to find that this truly unbelievably poor quality product does not even fit because of the cut out piece having removed not enough of the metal(!) the lamp could not be put into the projector lamp housing because it did not fit - they did not even jaggedly cut out enough of the housing to allow it to slot in - WHICH BEGS THE QUESTION, WHY ARE THEY USING SUCH COWBOYISH METHODS IN THE FIRST PLACE? IT LOOKED HAND CUT! They shipped me a product in a disgraceful, not to mention dangerous (jagged, sharp metal!!!) condition. Words cannot express how furious I am at this - a 180 product in that condition - it beggars belief. EVEN BETTER - they refunded me after creating a dispute through Paypal - they said they would refund me return postage - they didn't. 14 out of pocket for the piece of poorly made junk they posted me. Shame on Pureglare.

We use them regularly - Normally we get a tracking number from the courier within hours of placing the order. I wonder - if Purgelare can do it, why not the rest of Australian business? Maybe you should branch out in logistics and teach a few others - good work.

dud lamps that kept failing in my rear projection tv. First lamp lasted 4 weeks, second lamp lasted 3 mths. The lamps were installed by professional tv repairer who advised me to buy an original Sony but it was too dear. I should have listened. Got refund after going to dept of fair trading when seller refused to do anything. Absolute shonk

Contacted them to get a replacement bulb for our video projector. Great assistance on the phone to confirm the correct bulb then ordered it online and it arrived in one day. Repaired the projector and back in service. Thanks!
