About a year and a half ago I came to dragon image with an enormous ongoing task of building a studio from scratch. Thanks directly to their support and help, I sorted all of my lighting challenges with Angelo and Sue and now my studio is fully operational. I couldn’t have done it without Angelo’s advise and know-how. Angelo helped me setup the lighting array we use and set me up with the right tools to succeed. The company I work for likes to build relationships that are long term and with likeminded people, and that’s exactly what we’ve found with Dragon Image. Highly recommend them whether you’re a hobbyist or you’re a professional.

When investing in some gear I like too take my time and methodically think about what I am purchasing. Whilst doing this at Dragon Image the lady was very rude and tried to rush me then said I was a time waster and not too waste her time. Looking at the place you can see they have a culture of impatience as staff don't seem to be trained properly or know what they are doing and the actual store is a dusty mess. Usually I would overlook negatives like this in a store as character but judging by how rudely I was treated I would not recommend going.
I had Angelo come out and help me install a backdrop system, he was super helpful, friendly and professional. Great experience, highly recommend Dragon Image Sydney to anyone!
