Great advice, great customer service, good selection of mowers, brush cutters, chainsaws, blowers, ect. Everything you need to cut, trim and mower around the yard or paddock.

I put a chainsaw in for a service and some repairs to a broken fuel line and requested the chain be re-sharpened. I was not advised it would take over 3 weeks to complete as they were busy. When I picked it up, the repair cost exceeded the price of purchasing a BRAND NEW chainsaw, with full warranty etc by over 30. My disappointment comes from the fact that there was no phone call warning of the cost blowout and that it may be cheaper to replace the saw rather than repair it. If this were the case, I would have appreciated their expert advice, understanding they have spent time on it that was billable, and taken the opportunity to upgrade the saw and pay for their initial assessment. I do my best to buy and support local business, I will not be coming back to your store.
